For privacy details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Suppli is a workforce tracking and coordination tool operated for your organization. You must be authorized by your organization to use it, and your access may end when your employment or assignment ends.
You agree to provide accurate account information (such as your email and workspace join code) and to use Suppli only for work-related purposes.
Authentication relies on one-time passcodes sent to your email. Workspace access is granted via a join code. Keep your device secure and do not share codes or tokens.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify your administrator and contact us at support@suppli.be so we can help secure the account.
Do not misuse Suppli, disrupt the service, attempt to circumvent security, or access data you are not authorized to view.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your time entries, project selections, and any notes you submit.
When enabled by your organization, the mobile app requests foreground location permission to capture snapshots (latitude/longitude, accuracy, timestamp, and start/end marker) when you start or stop an entry. The app will prompt you until permission is granted; it does not continuously track movement.
Captured coordinates may be reverse-geocoded to show an approximate address. Location data is stored with the related entry and may be queued locally in encrypted storage until connectivity returns.
Your organization may require location snapshots to validate entries. If you disable location access, some features may not work and your organization may treat entries as incomplete.
Suppli uses third-party infrastructure and analytics providers to deliver the service. Offline mutations (including location snapshots) are encrypted on-device using SecureStore-backed keys before being synced.
See the Privacy Policy for details on data sharing and retention.
You and your organization are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including labor and privacy regulations) when using data exported from Suppli.
We may modify the service or these terms to reflect operational, security, or legal requirements. Material changes will be noted on this page.
We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if required by your organization or applicable law.
Suppli is provided as a productivity tool for organizations and is supplied on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the fees your organization paid for the service in the six months before the claim (if any). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
For questions about these Terms, please contact support@suppli.be. For privacy-specific questions, see the Privacy Policy or email privacy@suppli.be.
